Security Officer Driver Response

About the role

As a Security Officer Driver Incident Response in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of chemical and petrochemical facility buildings, access points, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations.
• Monitor for and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate site personnel.
• Aid with access control, visitor and contractor processing, and documentation of incidents and patrol activities.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
