About the role

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Response in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and assigned security-related responsibilities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observed conditions to site leadership and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and note unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized activity, assist with directional questions, and support an orderly environment for guests and/or employees.
• Document incidents, daily activities, and observed maintenance or policy concerns in required reports, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal supervisors and/or client representatives.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
