About the role

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Response in Cleveland, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. This part-time, unarmed patrol officer role involves routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents, and providing exceptional customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers at a manufacturing and industrial location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, access points, and the facility perimeter to identify unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, following visitor and contractor entry procedures, and maintaining required access-related records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Document daily activities, observations, incidents, and patrol findings in clear and accurate reports.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$15.56 / hour

Schedule

• Part-time
• Saturday: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Sunday: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
