Security Officer Driver Radio Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, building management, and Allied Universal personnel by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor communications, alarm systems, and surveillance feeds, and promptly dispatch personnel to incidents, service requests, and critical situations.
• Receive and prioritize incoming calls, document relevant details, and maintain accurate dispatch logs and incident records.
• Coolly and problem-solvingly coordinate emergency response activities with on-site personnel, building management, and/or first responders.
• Track officer assignments, patrol activity, and status updates throughout the commercial real estate location.

Requirements

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
