Security Officer Dispatch and Driver

As a Security Officer Dispatch and Driver in Kutztown, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, handling incoming calls, and relaying information related to security-related matters.
• Monitor radios, phones, alarms, and/or camera systems from the dispatch area, and communicate routine and urgent activity to the appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or unusual activity in logs and reports, maintaining accurate records for shift activity and follow-up.
• Cookordination responses to incidents, critical situations, and/or emergency-related activity by dispatching officers and notifying supervisors, first responders, and/or site contacts as needed.
• Support regular and random patrol activity by tracking officer assignments, monitoring check-ins, and communicating updates across the location and perimeter.

Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement for unarmed roles: 18 years old.
• Minimum age requirement for armed roles: 21 years old.

Skills

• Computer or tablet proficiency.
• Customer service skills.
