Job Description

As a Security Officer Driver Route Patrol in Tewksbury, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. What You'll Do

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entry points, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor customer and associate activity, observe for policy violations or suspicious behavior, and report security-related concerns according to post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
Support access control and closing procedures, assist with crowd and line management during busy periods, and/or provide visible presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
