Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, store associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, stockroom areas, parking areas, and perimeter, as assigned.
• Observe and report unusual activity, potential hazards, and policy violations to appropriate store leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Assist with access control, opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter theft and disruptive behavior.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
