Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or public emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and vendor activity, and document security-related incidents, hazards, and/or policy concerns according to Allied Universal and location guidelines.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
