Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and supporting access control activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help support authorized access, observe site activity, and document incidents according to post orders.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including assisting with directions, evacuation procedures, and/or coordination with first responders.

Requirements

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Florida State Security Agency License No. B8500287.
