Security Officer Patrol Driver Representative

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for an industrial chemical location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns involving access points, equipment areas, and restricted locations.
- Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization as directed by site policies, and report irregularities involving personnel, vehicles, or deliveries.
- Support emergency and evacuation protocols by helping with access control, directing people during incidents, and coordinating with site representatives and/or first responders when appropriate.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- TSA issued TWIC is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
