About the role

As an unarmed Security Officer Driver Incident Response in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Government. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and the public while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a government utility location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, unusual conditions, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations.
  • Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials as directed, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and report unauthorized access concerns.
  • Prepare accurate activity, incident, and maintenance-related reports, and communicate relevant information to site management and emergency responders as needed.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$19.74 / Hour

  • Monday: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  • Tuesday: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  • Saturday: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  • Sunday: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
