Security Officer Driver Incident Response

In this full‑time Security Officer Driver Incident Response position in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as technology, media, and telecommunications, monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following established escalation and reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of technology‑focused office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter as assigned.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with access‑control procedures, and report unusual conditions or concerns to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security‑related experience or a college degree.
• Valid driver’s license meeting Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and, where permitted, a drug screen.
• Compliance with any state or local licensing requirements applicable to the position.

$23.00 per hour

• Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
