As a Part‑Time Security Officer Patrol Driver Incident Response in Cleveland, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in manufacturing and industrial industries, conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, responding to situations, and delivering exceptional customer service while driving.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, parking areas, access points, offices, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery authorization in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security‑related activities through required reports and logs.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Meet any licensing requirements per state/local laws.

$15.56 per hour

Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
