About the role

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Incident Response in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Utilities. This is a part-time position where you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a utilities location, you will conduct routine vehicle patrols, monitor assigned areas, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will support access control activities, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at utility-related locations.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and promptly report concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, perimeter areas, access points, and parking areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor visitor, contractor, and vehicle access in accordance with site procedures; verify credentials and maintain accurate activity logs.
  • Observe and report unusual conditions, infrastructure concerns, and potential hazards while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Requirements

  • At least one year of security-related experience.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$17.00 / Hour

  • DayTime Sat 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
  • Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
