Security Officer Patrol Driver Incident Response

About the role
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, providing directions and assistance to support an orderly healthcare environment.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
Requirements
- Possess two or more years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
- Possess two or more years of security-related experience.
- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$17.51 / hour

- Saturday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Sunday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
