About the role

As a Security Officer Driver Document Review in Gluckstadt, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Screener with Allied Universal, you will support a professional, security-related environment by screening people and property, monitoring access points, and responding to alarms or unusual activity. You will remain visible to help deter incidents while providing clear, courteous communication and customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
