About the role

As a Security Officer Driver Dispatch Records in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors at a healthcare diagnostic location while following site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Cook up dispatch communications for security-related personnel, receive calls for service, document incidents, and relay information to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency response protocols.
• Maintain an organized environment for staff, patients, and visitors by monitoring access points, visitor activity, delivery traffic, and communications systems.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned business areas and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
