Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and dispatch protocols at a commercial real estate location.
• Receive and prioritize incoming calls, alarms, and service requests; dispatch appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders according to established procedures.
• Monitor communication systems, access activity, cameras, and alarm notifications, documenting incidents and escalating concerns to site leadership as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communication with officers, property staff, and responding agencies.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, and conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned.

Requirements

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licenses are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Skills

• Customer service experience.
• Computer or tablet proficiency.
• Security-related experience.
