Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a residential location, verify visitor and/or vendor authorization, and maintain required access records and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with residents, property staff, and/or public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the community, common areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support security-related protocols.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years old for armed roles.
• Licenses and certifications: Florida State Security Agency License No. B8500287.

DayTime: Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
