Security Officer Driver Entry Monitor

About the role

Join Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location as an Access Control Officer in a driving post. In this role, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage incidents while supporting security-related operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, badge verification practices, and security-related protocols at an industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, manage visitor logs, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, gate areas, parking locations, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by site.
• Support vehicle and delivery access activities by observing inbound and outbound traffic, documenting required information, and reporting unusual conditions, policy concerns, and/or maintenance issues.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Weekly Pay Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour.
