Security Officer - Driver Based Patrol

About the role

As a Security Officer - Driver Based Patrol in Bellevue, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls and more. This part-time role involves monitoring assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, and remaining visible to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, assist customers and staff, and respond to incidents with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, entrance areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity or unusual behavior.
• Monitor customer and employee activity, address access concerns, policy violations, or suspicious situations professionally.
• Support loss prevention and security operations by observing surroundings, documenting incidents, and communicating with site contacts or local responders.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• At least 21 years of age (18+ for unarmed roles).
• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions).
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Subject to background investigation, drug screen, and compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Pay

$23.30 per hour.

Schedule

• Saturday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sunday: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
