Job Description As a Security Officer Dispatch Operations in Santa Ana, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and support timely responses to security-related needs. Using computer or tablet systems, you will help maintain clear information flow while delivering exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time / Overnight Shift Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule DayTime Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Tue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Fri 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sat 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor incoming calls, alarms, access-control notifications, and/or other communications; dispatch appropriate personnel and maintain clear, timely communication during routine and critical situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and promptly notifying designated contacts according to site procedures. Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, visitor information, and other required records while handling sensitive information with discretion. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, reporting unusual conditions, access concerns, and/or maintenance issues. Minimum Requirements Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
