Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and prioritize calls for service, and coordinate the deployment of security-related personnel and resources across the location.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, shift activity reports, and communications with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established site protocols.
• Support regular and random patrol operations around facilities, production areas, and the perimeter by communicating assignments, tracking officer status, and reporting unusual activity.

Requirements

• Possess supervisory experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess at least five years of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
