As a Dispatch professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor activity, coordinate responses to security-related concerns, support access and alarm communications, and provide outstanding customer service. This role offers the chance to work with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity while helping to support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site-specific procedures, handling calls for assistance, and supporting security-related communications from the dispatch post.
• Monitor radios, phones, cameras, alarms, and other building systems to receive reports, document activity, and relay information to on-site personnel and/or emergency contacts as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner by dispatching the appropriate personnel, gathering relevant details, and maintaining clear communication throughout the event.
• Support daily operations at the location by maintaining accurate logs, preparing incident-related reports, and helping to coordinate access issues, after-hours activity, and other routine and urgent requests.
• Conduct regular and random patrol support activities through remote monitoring of the business and perimeter, noting unusual conditions and communicating observations to on-site personnel for follow-up.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Preferred Skills

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Schedule: DayTime, Monday through Friday, 02:30 PM - 06:30 PM
