Job Description

As a Security Officer Dispatch Console in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch Professional with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor activity, coordinate responses to security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm communications. This role blends technology, communication, and customer service while helping to maintain a professional environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for assistance, document activity, and relay information to the appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Cook up responses to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations at the location by dispatching personnel and communicating timely updates to supervisors, employees, and/or first responders.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and other records related to security-related activity, access concerns, and operational communications.
• Conduct regular and random patrol support functions through remote monitoring of the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

Minimum Requirements

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
