Job Description

As a Security Officer Dispatch Console in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal in a government location as a Dispatch professional, coordinating security-related communications, monitoring activity, and supporting rapid, organized responses to site needs. In this role, you will help maintain awareness across assigned areas while delivering outstanding service and clear communication.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a government transportation location.
• Monitor dispatch communications, phones, radios, alarms, and camera systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and coordinate the appropriate security-related response.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts, supervisors, and/or public agency partners when needed.
• Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, sharing timely updates with field personnel and leadership to support continuity of operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned buildings, platforms, parking areas, and perimeter locations as needed, with working environments and conditions varying by site.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
