As a Dispatch Officer at a financial institution location, you will coordinate communications, monitor incoming information, and support timely responses to security-related needs. You will help maintain access control awareness, document activities, and provide exceptional customer service while contributing to a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and communications, dispatching appropriate personnel and documenting activities in accordance with site procedures
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications and response resources as directed
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and other required records while communicating clearly with site personnel, visitors, and emergency responders
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, with working environments and conditions varying by client site

Requirements

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only

Qualifications

• Experience operating a Segway or T3 is preferred
• Access control and badge experience is preferred
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred

Pay

$21.63 / Hour

Schedule

Part Time. Daytime shifts: Friday 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Sunday 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
