As a Security Officer Dispatch Command Center in West Chester, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Dispatch Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor alarms and incoming activity, and dispatch resources as needed. You will help maintain awareness across the site, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Receive, prioritize, document, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, incidents, and requests to the appropriate personnel or resources.
• Monitor communications systems and maintain accurate logs, incident records, and dispatch activity reports in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, coordinating communications with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Coordinate regular and random patrol activity around the business and perimeter, helping to identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience – prior experience in a supervisory role demonstrating leadership and management skills.
• Access control/badge experience – familiarity with access control systems and badge management to ensure security protocols are followed.
