What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and document access activity to help support authorized movement throughout the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
- Support delivery and contractor check-in processes, maintain accurate logs and reports, and follow post orders related to restricted areas, equipment protection, and other security-related procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- A Guard Card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
