As a Security Officer Badge Verification Screener in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related screening procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, packages, and/or personal items in accordance with post orders and screening protocols to help support controlled access and policy compliance.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around screening areas, operational spaces, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity, access issues, and/or conditions that may require follow-up.

Minimum Requirements

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
