Join Allied Universal as an Armed Security Officer supporting a financial institution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to situations with professionalism, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving post requires an armed guard card or license and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions, access concerns, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site procedures and applicable requirements for an armed post.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs related to patrols, incidents, visitor activity, and security-related observations.

Requirements

• Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
• MUST BE RETIRED LAW ENFORCEMENT WITH RPO.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay and schedule

• Pay Rate: $30.30 / Hour
• Schedule: Day Time, Mon 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM, Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
