Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the retail location, parking areas, loading zones, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for potential theft, suspicious behavior, and policy violations; communicate observations to appropriate personnel and/or law enforcement when needed.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and handle assigned equipment in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

• Schedule: Wednesday 04:30 PM – 11:30 PM, Thursday 04:30 PM – 11:30 PM
