Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
- Carry authorized equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and site-specific procedures.
- Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
