Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to members, guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a hospitality and resort‑style location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the property, including entrances, parking areas, clubhouse facilities, recreational amenities, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or maintenance concerns.
