Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Incident Investigator

About the role

As an Armed Patrol Driver Incident Investigator in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM locations, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to site management and appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$18.52 / Hour

Schedule

• Position Type: Full Time
• Day shift: Monday through Friday, 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
