Join Allied Universal as an Armed Security Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access activities with professionalism and care. This is an armed and driving post, ideal for someone who values teamwork, acts with integrity, and brings reliable customer service and communication to every shift.

• Part Time
• Day Time
• Thursday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed conditions and reporting security-related concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Perform armed post duties in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site policies, maintaining professional presence and handling sensitive situations with sound judgment.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or deliveries as directed, and support site personnel with security-related assistance during routine operations and special circumstances.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
