Pay Rate

$34.70 - $35.70 / Hour

Job Schedule

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

How This Role Works

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at transit facilities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned transit stations, platforms, entrances, concourses, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and coordinating with appropriate transit personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify authorized entry when required, and report security-related concerns, hazards, or policy violations.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Possess a Law Enforcement Officer License.
• An Armed Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing Requirements

All licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Industry-Specific Security Training Programs

All applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
