Security Officer Armed Mobile Driver

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or residents while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and control access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and document visitor, vehicle, and incident information in accordance with site procedures.
• Carry authorized equipment in accordance with applicable laws, training, and site policies, and communicate observed concerns to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A valid firearms permit is preferred.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
