Security Officer Armed Mobile Driver

About the Role

As an Armed Mobile Driver Security Officer in Summit Point, WV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries at a fast-paced motorsports location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is an armed and driving post, offering the chance to support a dynamic environment through teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach while responding to site needs with agility and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of driving experience (required for driving positions).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Armed DCJS or equivalent firearms certification (REQUIRED to qualify for this position).
• Must pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Must pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$21.52 per hour.
