What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to patrons, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Maintain assigned equipment and carry a firearm in accordance with licensing requirements, training standards, and site-specific procedures.
- Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities through clear and accurate reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Possess an Armed Guard Card/License.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
