As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to situations as they arise. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution by carrying out armed security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee activity, and follow established protocols for entry, identification, and restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, including business areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports documenting incidents, observations, patrols, and other security-related activities in accordance with site procedures.

Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Schedule

Part Time - Day Time: Monday 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Tuesday 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Wednesday 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
