Job Description
As a Security Officer Access Specialist in Arkadelphia, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic location where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support a professional, welcoming environment. In this access control role, you will remain visible, help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver strong customer service and communication.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and document visitor and/or contractor activity in support of site access protocols.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.
Minimum Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
