As a Security Officer Access Specialist in Bolingbrook, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and/or team members by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential checks, and/or visitor processing at entry and exit points.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor gates, doors, loading area access points, and/or other restricted areas to help support authorized entry for personnel, vendors, and/or delivery traffic.
• Document daily activity, visitor information, trailer and/or vehicle movements, and incident details in required logs, reports, and/or electronic systems.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns, unusual conditions, and/or access control issues.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
