- DayTime: Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Fri 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM, Sun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting access control activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or delivery documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
- Document visitor, contractor, and/or vehicle activity, maintain accurate access records, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for security-related concerns, access issues, and/or operational disruptions.
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- X-ray screening experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
