Security Officer Access Monitor

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Monitor access control points and help to deter unauthorized entry by checking badges, credentials, and/or visitor documentation in accordance with site protocols.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, with attention to access points and unusual activity.
- Document visitor, vendor, and/or vehicle activity, maintain required logs and reports, and report maintenance concerns or suspicious behavior through appropriate channels.
Requirements
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
