Job Description
As a Security Officer Access Monitor in ROGERS, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process visitors and/or vendors, and maintain required logs and reports for security-related activity.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and escalating concerns through the proper chain of communication.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions related to the site.
- Assist with screening incoming deliveries, monitoring truck traffic, and supporting orderly access for employees, contractors, and/or guests while following facility rules.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licenses requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
