About the role
As an Access Control professional supporting a dynamic location, you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help to maintain a secure and welcoming environment. This role combines visible presence, routine site activity, and strong communication with a people-first culture built on teamwork, reliability, innovation, and integrity, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out access control duties, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and reporting procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, while monitoring entry and exit activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security-related supervisor or manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience is required.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
