About the role
As a Security Officer Access Management in Naples, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, community policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records and communicate access-related information to authorized property representatives as needed.
- Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of community access points, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
Requirements
- A Guard Card/License is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
