About the role
As a Security Officer Access Management in El Paso, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support a smooth access control process for employees, visitors, and deliveries. Conduct routine patrols, remain visible to deter security incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service in a role built on teamwork, integrity, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and document access activity to support security-related operations and authorized site access.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, production areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity, access concerns, and/or policy violations in varying working conditions.
- Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation related to access control events, visitor management, and other security-related observations.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Pay
$11.50 / Hour
Schedule
- Friday: 11:30 PM - 07:30 AM
- Saturday: 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM
- Sunday: 03:30 PM - 11:30 PM
