What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an automotive-related location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance, access control, and/or security-related issues.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and support visitor processing, vehicle access procedures, and/or delivery coordination in accordance with site policies.
• Assist with incident response, de-escalation, and after-hours site coverage while maintaining awareness of changing conditions across the location and communicating updates as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
